Overview

This J clamp features a return rail that allows it to step over lips on channel iron, angle iron, I-beams, and other obstructions, with a rail step-over capacity of up to 4 inches. The MorPad tilts up to 35°, and its patented construction is designed to extend clamp life at full capacity. An ergonomic grip comes as standard equipment. The forged sliding arm is made from tempered, drop-forged steel for long service life. The high-strength, electro-galvanised sliding pin features a T-handle with rounded ends for comfort, sized according to the load capacity. The heat-treated, high-carbon Acme threaded screw is tempered and quenched to provide greater load capacity and longer service life, with spatter-resistant properties.
