The .70 HP motor is strong enough for cutting through metals including aluminum, steel and even high strength steel. The tool’s small size makes it very easy to handle, and a tough composite housing helps make it very light – less than 2 lbs. – so operators can cut using less effort.
This automotive cut-off wheel tool is designed for use by skilled, trained professionals in accordance with the instructions in the user manual. It is optimized for 3M™ Cubitron™ II Cut-Off Wheels, featuring precision-shaped grains engineered to cut faster than competitive ceramic products for significant gains in productivity.
