Features
The Klein Tools' 100-Foot Fiberglass Fish Tape with Spiral Steel Leader is perfect for wire runs associated with commercial, residential and voice-data-video installations. The optimized housing and handle design decreases payout effort and reduces binding. A multiple-position handle allows for a firm, steady grip as you pull or rewind the tape. The unique interior case shape combines the leverage of square cases and the comfort of round cases, which makes rewinding tape after a long run easier. The tape features laser-etched descending markings placed at every foot. These markings allow you to accurately measure the depth of conduit runs and determine the amount of tape left to pay out.

Klein asked electricians what would make pulling wire easier and more efficient for them. The results of those conversations was an updated design of the handle, the housing, and improved steel. Our new durable fish tapes have a smoother payout, easier rewind, and a handle that can be gripped whichever way works for you.
Klein Tools is the result of one of those “happy accidents” that turn out to be revolutionary. Klein Tools famously got their start in 1857 when a linesman came to founder Matthias Klein to repair his broken pliers. Klein replaced the broken half and when the old half of the tool broke too, Klein forged a replacement for that, thus making the first Klein Linesman pliers. Since these humble beginnings, Klein Tools has grown and become one of the largest American made toolmakers and they’re a brand used by tradesmen, linesman and electricians all across America.
