Warranty Bucket Boss

Bucket Boss warrants their products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer warrants the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation is to replace or refund the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, modifications, alteration, neglect, or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product as a result of misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the products such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. Please note that all CLEARANCE items are final sale, and are therefore not included in our warranty policy.

If the event that the item(s) ordered appear to be defective, you must contact Bucket Boss stating the problem as well as sending a photograph of the defective product before posting your return. In the event that the purchased item is deemed defective (by the discretion of Bucket Boss), Bucket Boss will replace and/or have the item returned at our expense.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES THAN THAT DESCRIBED ABOVE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS ON WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCT EVEN IF MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
